Hi, I am Candi Curtis Richeson and I have been an active realtor since 1998.  I graduated in 1995 from UF with Honors and moved back to Gainesville 2000.

Fun fact is, I was a cheerleader for the University of Florida during the 90’s and then later went on to be the Head Coach for the University of Florida Gator Cheerleaders from 2007-2014. I also coached cheerleading for several years with our very own Broker Hope Webb!

I have 2 daughters who were raised in Gainesville, Florida. Sydney Richeson played Division 1 Volleyball and graduated from University of South Florida and Lacey Richeson Wheeler whom recently graduated from the University of Florida with High Honors.  Lacey now works side by side with me on every deal on Team Home Sweet Home! This is truly my biggest blessing!  I love the real estate industry so much that several years ago I decided to get my mortgage license and I am currently licensed in Florida and Georgia as a Mortgage Loan Originator. My mortgage license is held by Gator Great Chris Doering at Chirs Doering Mortgage and Lacey and I work on his team to help you finance your home purchase.

I am very active in the Alachua and Marion County Communities and so enjoy being a part of helping people with what is usually their biggest purchase of their lives.  Being in the industry for so many years helps me to understand the process and how important each step is.
